Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy
Advance registration and payment is greatly appreciated and substitutions are allowed. This approach enables the AAC to properly plan and determine if sufficient interest exists to warrent proceeding with an Event. Events include luncheons, breakfasts, dineers, half-day and fully-day courses, multi-day seminars and conferences. If AAC cancels an Event for any reason, AAC's liability is limited to the registration fee only. The following are the AAC's polices/procedures regarding cancellations and substitutions by registrants.
Only cancellations received in advance of the Event registration deadline are entitled to a full refund. Cancellation fees are assessed as follows:
Cancellation is more than 4 weeks in advance of the Event start date.
No cancellation fee will be assessed.
Cancellation is between 2 weeks and less than 4 weeks in advance of the Event Start date
50% rebate on the registration fees.
Cancellation is between 3 business days of the event and less than 2 weeks of the Event start date
No refund provided.
Substitutions may be made at any time until the Event.
Substitutions of a non-member for a member will result in additional non-member fees being charged. Substitution of a member for a non-member will NOT result in a rebate.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days following the event.
