with Design specification & Standards relating to production of Specialty chemicals & quality control.
As Engineering Director, he managed, coordinated & directed all the activities of engineering department including the design, development, of new
products and systems to ensure cost effectiveness, integrity and reliability. He directed technical managers in the interpretation & evaluation of
data obtained from various complex engineering or research investigations. He also established design approaches and parameters for developing
and ensuring the implementation of policies, procedures and quality standards.
As Manufacturing Director, managed and coordinated various manufacturing operations. He was also involved in investigating processes &
determining most effective arrangements of equipment for manufacturing.
