The Auditing Association of Canada (AAC) is a dynamic organization engaged in supporting our members develop and expand their skills, professional profiles and business opportunities.

Whether you are new to the profession or an experienced auditor, you quickly benefit from membership.

  • Promoting the auditing profession to help ensure qualified, experienced auditors are recognized both within the profession and with stakeholders.
  • Supporting members in attaining skills and practical knowledge needed in the application of environmental, health and safety (EHS) auditing ethics, principles, and standards.

Members with CHSMSA and PEA Designations and Students

CHSMSA fees include both:

  • an annual CHSMSA designation maintenance fee; and
  • the applicable AAC annual membership fees.

Multiple member discounts are applicable to the annual membership fee portion. CHSMSAs with a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation also qualify for a discount on the CHSMSA portion of their fees.

PEAs only pay regular AAC membership fees after the first year if they remain members in good standing.

We encourage Students to join. To qualify as a Student member you must be attending educational institutions:

    • full time; or
    • on a part-time basis and not fully employed may also qualify (determined by the Management and / or Membership Committees upon request).

Student members have an opportunity to participate on our committees and have a representative on the Board of Directors
