AAC Members and Affiliates*
2-day conference - $750 + taxes
Workshops Day 3 - $175 for one, $300 for two (+ taxes)
2-day conference - $1000 + taxes
Workshops Day 3 - $300 for one, $400 for two (+ taxes)
2-day conference - $500 + taxes
Workshops Day 3 - $150 for one, $200 for two (+ taxes)
There is a limited number of sponsored student packages available.
(Note: Nova Scotia taxes applicable - total 15% HST)
Workshops - Payment fees and choice of workshops in registration form. Fees will be added to the invoice total.
*Affiliates such as Canadian Society of Safety Engineers (CSSE), ECO Canada, and the Alberta Occupational H&S Auditors Association (AOSAA) in good standing qualify for AAC member rates.
** Full-time students wishing to register for the conference will be required to present their student ID on the first day of the conference. There is a limited number of sponsored student packages available. Contact the AAC for further information.

Only cancellations received in advance of the Event registration deadline are entitled to a full refund. Cancellation fees will be assessed as follows:
1. Cancellation is more than 4 weeks in advance of the Event start date: No Cancellation fee will be assessed.
2. Cancellation is between 2 weeks and less than 4 weeks in advance of the Event start date: A non-refundable service fee of $25.00 or 50% of the registration fee (whichever is greater). If the registration fee is unpaid, the registrant shall be responsible for the appropriate cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation less than 2 weeks of the Event start date: There will be no refunds for cancellations, and the registrant shall be responsible for the full amount of the registration fee.
AAC reserves the right to adjust the program

OAK ISLAND RESORT & CONFERENCE CENTRE RESERVATION INFORMATION
Room Reservations: AAC Group Rate for Oceanfront & Gardenview Guestrooms - $189 / night plus taxes.
Rooms to be booked by individuals directly by calling Oak Island Resort & Conference Centre at 902-627-2600 or 800-565-5075.
Ask for the AAC group rate. Book early, this is a popular season and there are not many options in accommodation local to the venue.
The block of rooms will be released on August 20th.
The group rate is available for the 3-days preceding and 3-days after the event if you want to come early or stay a little longer to enjoy Nova Scotia.
